Dr. Fahl joined the practice in 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Iowa in 1986. He continued at The University of Iowa for dental school and received his D.D.S. in 1990. The last stop before joining the practice was Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut where Dr. Fahl completed a 1 year General Practice Residency. Dr. Fahl and his wife Kay have two daughters. In his free time Dr. Fahl enjoys golf and bicycling. He is a member of the Waukesha Sunrise Rotary.
